GNI School Clubs

The integration of work and study is the key element in GNI Public School, BRS Nagar, Ludhiana. All the students are obliged to gain practical experience in the course of their academic education. The concept of Clubs is seen as an opportunity for adaptation to life in the group, forming good life long habits and cultivating a voluntaristic spirit. Club activities supplement academics and give the students practical training which they require in day to day life. In the school various club activities are organized giving an opportunity to the students to display their talent.

  • Health Club

    Health Club of GNIPS is working very actively. Members of Health club are trained time to time through various workshops. Members also give awareness lectures on the Eating habits, Junk food, Water borne diseases etc in special Morning Assemblies as well. One can prominently see the changes occurring in their daily lives through such efforts.

  • Members of the Eco-Club of Guru Nanak International Public School, I block, BRS nagar on 6th May, 2023( PARENT-TEACHER MEET) , organised an exhibition in the school. Students showcased their skills and knowledge through a plethora of hand made ideas such as rock art, hand made Ecofriendly folders, decoration with waste products, bird houses, bird feeders and many more.

  • ECO Club

    An Eco-club plays a special role in creating environment awareness amongst Future Generation, Thus inculcating the value of belongingness to our country through various activities like "Anti-Tobacco Rally", "Say 'No' to Poly Bags", "Swachh Bharat Abhiyan" were organized by our Eco-Club. Our Botanical garden is also maintained by the Eco Club members.

  • Clubs play a vital role in the over-all development of the Children.

    G.N.I.P.S. runs clubs for carrying out various Social Campaigns, Rallies and Special Assemblies etc. Clubs and extra-curricular activities are always encouraged in G.N.I.P.S. These Clubs broaden the children's horizon and also help to boost the children's Self Esteem and Self-Confidence.

  • Anti Drug Campaign

    The awareness drive marked the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. Students of GNI Public School took out an impressive rally to drive home the message against drug addiction, while city-based People's Cultural Centre also organized an educative session on drug abuse and violence against women.

Guru Nanak International Public School was conceived by Late S. Sant Singh Gujarkhani, former general secretary Guru Nanak Education Trust, Gujarkhan Campus, Model Town, Ludhiana. The School was established in 1987 and runs under the overall supervision and guidance of Guru Nanak Education Trust. The school was started with K.G. Classes and one class was added every year. The school is upto 10+2 with all the streams - Medical, Non-Medical, Commerce and Humanities.

The school is an English Medium Senior Secondary School affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi (i.e. C.B.S.E.) and the school follows the syllabus prescribed by it upto senior secondary classes.

  • The auspicious Gurpurab of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji was celebrated on 2nd December 2023 with great ardency at GNIPS ludhiana

    The programme commenced with the divine recital of Path Shri Japji Sahib followed by Shabads ,Speeches and poems recited by students of junior and Senior Wing. The whole ambience became serene and pious by the recitation of hymns from Shri Guru Granth Sahibji . Serenity and calmness floated in the air with the beautiful humming of Shabads .Addressing to the gathering, S. Gurvinder Singh Sarna, General Secretary urged students to follow the teachings of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji .He stated that the teachings and wisdom of Guru Sahib also promotes unity,equality and selfless service, embodying the core principles of Sikh Philosophy. Principal Mrs.Kamalvir Kaur, in her vote of thanks told the gathering that we forever seek God's blessings and hope to be on the right path as chosen by Him.She added that students through Celebrations must have learnt the acts of devotion and selfless service. Students also distributed the Guru ka Prasad and the program was concluded by serving Guru ka Langer to Sangat.

  • GNIPS I Block Excelled at P.A.U District Games

    The talented athletes of GNIPS Ludhiana, I Block BRS Nagar made the school proud with remarkable performance at Open District Games held at P.A.U on 16th and 17th December 2023.

    Result of Boys

    Lovekesh bagged First Position in 400 mtr and 800 mtr. Rahul got First position in Javelin throw. Gagandeep Singh achieved Second Position in Javelin Throw and Third Position in Discus throw. Karandeep Singh bagged Second position in 110 mtr. Hurdle and 3rd position in 400 mtr. Hurdle. Japjot Singh got Second Position in Javelin Throw. Shabadpreet Singh achieved Second position in 400 mtr. Hurdle and Third Position in 110 mtr. Hurdle.

    Result of Girls

    Trishika got First Position in Javelin Throw. Sneha Rawat got Second Position in Javelin Throw. Karanveer singh got Third Position in in 110 mtr. and 400 mtr. Hurdle. Loverai got Second Position in Javelin Throw.

Punjabi declamation contest was organised by Ludhiana Sahodaya School Complex( LSSC) at GMT International Public school on 25-05-2023 in which 15 teams participated. In that context, two students Naman Pal Singh of class 10th and Brahmleen Kaur of Class IX from our school also participated. Brahmleen Kaur won second prize in that competition and also got overall trophy. School Principal Mrs. Kamalvir Kaur congratulated the winners and wish them success in future endeavours.
