Education is incomplete without sports. Besides keeping the students fit, sports also inculcate in them the qualities of honesty, team spirit, co-operation, tolerance, true sportsmanship, punctuality and discipline. The school has an extensive play-ground where students play games like Foot-ball, Kho-kho and Volley-ball etc. Many students have brought laurels to the school by excelling in games and Athletics. The students have represented the school in Zonal, District and State levels. Besides the regular Physical Training Periods, coaching is also provided during morning and evening hours.
Special attention is given to the games like Kabaddi, Athletics and Table-Tennis. Our Students played remarkably well in Ludhiana Sahodya Schools Complex "Kabaddi Tournament" and bagged with Top 2 positions for the consecutive 2 years (2016-17 and 2017-18).The Table-Tennis players also won prizes in the Tournaments held in various schools.
