EFFICIENT TEACHING AND CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT

Guru Nanak International Public School, I-Block B.R.S Nagar Ludhiana organised a workshop for faculty members on the topic “EFFICIENT TEACHING AND CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT”. The workshop was conducted by Ms. Shilpa.

The session focused on the need for Classroom Management, the development and implementation of rules and procedures and prevention of problems in the Classroom. Ms. Shilpa emphasized on positive approach towards the students with the focused and methodical approach. An interaction session was also held by the eminent guest to ask and solve the queries of the teachers regarding the classroom issues. Ms. Shilpa efficiently helped the teachers to tackle the problems.

The teachers learnt the techniques with the help of numerous videos and activities. The Principal Mrs. Bedi thanked the Resource person for giving her valuable time and sharing her knowledge with the teachers. A token of gratitude was also presented to Ms. Shilpa on behalf of the GNI Management. Overall the workshop was motivational, inspiring, communicative and effective. It was an amazing and wonderful experience for all the participants
